We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our annual financial statement audit, the first full-year audit under our current ownership. Audited financial statements are crucial for conducting business with many of our customers, vendors, and lenders.

The audit was conducted by the independent external firm Forvis, LLP, and coordinated by our internal financial team. This extensive process involved reviewing the books and records of the entire business, including new acquisitions. We are proud to report that the audit was completed on time and received a clean opinion from our auditor.
