At D&H United, we recognize and value the crucial role our employees play in maintaining a strong and consistent presence on social media platforms. Your contributions are instrumental in engaging with our audience and upholding our brand image. To ensure your content aligns with our values, objectives, and standards of professionalism, we have established the following guidelines for submitting content for our corporate social media channels:
  1. Alignment with Company Values: All content must align with the values and mission of D&H United. It should positively represent our brand and contribute to our overall objectives.
  2. Approval Process: All content will be reviewed and approved before posting to ensure it meets our standards and aligns with our objectives.
  3. User Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and audience. Content that shows or encourages unsafe behavior or work environments is not acceptable. User-generated content will be carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our safety standards before reposting or sharing.
Following these guidelines, we can maintain a solid and consistent social media presence that reflects our values, objectives, and professionalism.
Photo Submission Requirements: When submitting photos, please include:
  • At least two pictures of a recently completed or in-progress project performed by D&H United/Tanknology.
  • A brief description of the work or service performed.
  • The location of the project and the client’s name.
  • The names of any employees featured in the photos.
It is of utmost importance to adhere to our social media guidelines. Posting any video or picture of yourself or the site you are working at on social media is strictly prohibited. Companies have filters to monitor such actions, and customers may request that a technician no longer be allowed on-site, risking future work for the company. D&H United maintains a zero-tolerance policy for such incidents. If you have any posts currently up that breach these protocols, we urge you to remove them immediately.
