The importance of Proper Rest,

  • What doesn’t happen at home, doesn’t stay at home.
  • When we don’t rest at home, we fatigue easy and make mistakes at work.
  • This puts us & coworkers at risk of injury.
  • Encourage rest with workday break schedules and ensure people are taking
    advantage of chances to recharge while on the job.
  • Energy Drinks and coffee can give you a boost when you’re starting
    your work shift, excessive amounts of these solutions can cause you to
    lose energy, especially late in the day.
  • Consider reducing your caffeine and sugar intake or scheduling your
    coffee breaks in the morning.
  • Maybe wake up and have that cup of coffee or energy drink when you
    get to work, allowing you to maximize the effect of the caffeine on your
    productivity.
  • Avoiding caffeine and sugar late in the evenings can also help you
    sleep better at night.
