The new program officially began January 1, and every employee has the opportunity to play a role in our growth and success.

Our referral program is simple yet rewarding: Refer qualified candidates for any open position throughout the year to work at any D&H entity. If your referral is successfully hired, you’ll be eligible for $1,000 in bonuses! If you’re both still working here 90 days postdate of your referral’s hire, we will pay you a $500 bonus on your following paycheck. If you and your referral are still working at D&H one year postdate of your referral’s hire date, we will pay you another $500.
