Way to Grow! 

As I look back over the last 15 months I am amazed at what we all have accomplished. We have had strong organic growth across the company in all of our business segments. In addition we have done 4 strategic acquisitions and have started our EV service and installation business and are expanding our Automotive division. On top of all that we were named to the Inc 5000 fastest growing private companies in America and we brought in a new financial partner! Wow! Thank you all for an incredible 15 months!

By the way, I am very excited to have Wind Point Partners as our new financial partner. They really share our belief in a people first culture and are providing us with more resources as we continue to grow. I am excited as we expect to continue to grow and improve and provide our teams with enhanced benefits and programs. In addition we plan on rolling out our “ownership incentive plan “ for all employees before the end of the year.
