The Years 2021/2022 and Welcome Valley Tank!

Wow!  2021 was quite an amazing year for our company!  We should all be proud of everything we have accomplished. We completed 2 major acquisitions and achieved 24% revenue growth when compared to the combined companies prior year performance!  We now have added over 140 new team members for the year and now have over 400 people in our company.  Congratulations to everyone!

In November we were pleased to announce the acquisition of Valley Tank Testing.  Valley Tank is successful and provides us scale in the testing, inspection and compliance business.  The company was formed in 2004 and has approximately 55 employees and does business in 25 states.  We are a great fit and share mutual customers and now offer more resources and turnkey services to those customers. Welcome to the Valley Tank team!

As we look forward, I am excited about the year ahead in 2022 for our company.  I expect to see us continue to grow in our core business and to also continue to expand in services, resources and our geographic footprint.  You will hear more about our expansion into the EV market as we welcomed Mike McCabe our Director, EV Infrastructure to the team.  In addition, we plan to continue to make a few select key strategic acquisitions.  

Also, in applying one of our Core Values; “Keeping it Simple”, we have transitioned our company reporting and budgets to a calendar year so we will no longer have to keep up with a fiscal and calendar year!

Ultimately, our goal is to continue to grow the company and to create additional opportunities and benefit for all of our team. Here is to our mutual success in 2022!
