Every Friday, the spotlight is shone on one or two of the pictures submitted by employees, highlighting the importance of your reports and encouraging a collective effort towards maintaining a safe work environment.

“I feel like it’s good for all to know what is being reported and by whom,” adds Anderson. This can encourage us all to keep an eye out and bring some issues we may not have thought of to light.
