​As part of our continued growth efforts, I’m excited to announce that we have acquired Precision Tank Service (“PTS”), a successful regional provider of compliance testing and inspection services.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Cornelius, North Carolina, PTS offers UST testing services, including monthly, annual, and periodic testing required for tanks and associated piping, sensors, and equipment.

With a strong focus on serving customers in the Carolinas, PTS is a strong addition to our PS&C team, adding 8 team members and several hundred customers, including Hutchens Petroleum, PMG, Sampson-Bladen, Campbell Oil, and Petroleum Recovery Services, amongst others. Overall, the majority of PTS’ customers are single-location, independent owners.

Combining PTS with PS&C and our broader Compliance Division creates significant opportunities for our people and our customers in terms of additional services and technology offerings.
