Every day at D&H United we strive to create an exceptional experience for each of our customers.  This month the El Paso team would like to showcase Circle K.

As we continue to grow, we strive to grow alongside all our customers and Circle K is one of the many companies that continues to grow in our industry. D&H United has been added to Circle K’s construction bid list as a preferred contractor by meeting demanding deadlines while at the same time providing quality installation and craftsmanship. We have had the privilege of working alongside the Circle K team in the ground-up build of six locations in the El Paso area and several more are planned this year. Circle K has increased the number of stores in the El Paso market over the past year by roughly 20% and we have shown that we are capable of installing the fueling equipment well before the opening dates. Through our extensive collaboration, D&H United has been able to support Circle K’s business by helping them meet their present needs and will continue in the future.  I would like to take this opportunity and share my professional vision statement that drives my desire to provide the utmost support to our customers, “Customer satisfaction is of high priority to the El Paso team”.

Hard times, Still Growing and Building

The Hoy Family Group is an automotive dealership that has been in business since 1969.  They began with Hoy Volkswagen then later acquired Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Toyota , Scion, Infiniti, and Acura. For the past 53 years the Hoy Family Group has grown and moved forward despite the many struggles and economic impact the recent pandemic has had on the automotive industry.  The Hoy Family Group takes pride in the fact that they have been able to keep all their staff on board during the pandemic.  In addition, they have doubled the number of certified automotive technicians they employ due to the high demand of servicing their customers vehicles.

D&H United Fueling solutions has worked alongside the Hoy Family Group throughout the years.  D&H United has consistently provided well-maintained equipment including air compressors, lubrication equipment, vehicle lifts, exhaust vehicle systems and the new EV charging stations.  As a result, the Hoy Family Group has been able to provide good customer service with very little or no down time to their customers.  Willie Estrada, service manager for the Mercedes-Benz dealership stated, “The number one thing that D&H provides for us is dependability.  They are quick to respond and always bring a solution to our problem.”  Most recently, the Hoy Group has awarded D&H with all their work in designing and construction oversight of their new Volkswagen dealership.
