Sparks Aviation Center is a family owned and operated FBO (Fixed Base Operator) located at the Tulsa Airport and has been in operation since 1993. The Sparks family’s aviation roots extend to the 1970’s, when Jack Sparks became a part of Autopilots Central and ultimately opened up Sparks Aviation Center.  Jack treated customers and employees as he wanted to be treated – with integrity and respect and Jack’s family continues that tradition today.

Sparks aviation contacted PME/D&H United to update their FBO fueling facility. A fixed-base operator (FBO) is an organization granted the right by an airport to operate at the airport and provide aeronautical services including fueling. The updates included installing a permitted 20’x45’ concrete pad with 4’ footings under the tank saddles; bollards at 4’ intervals; one x 10,000 gallon double wall AST, and various tank accessories.

President/Owner Susan Sparks commented, “PME/D&H United was extremely helpful in advising us what we needed to do to get this done.  The people I dealt with were so helpful.  Paul and his crew were so kind and helpful.  They knew what was going on and what needed to happen to get this project done.”
