Continuing with the plans of separating operations of D&H United into three operating units, as of January 1, 2024, the Compliance division, headed by Brian Derge, will begin the integration of Tanknology, PS&C, Valley Tank Testing (VTT) and Northwest Tank and Environmental (NWTE) under Tanknology Inc. 

The integration of these 4 companies combines the talent of 225 highly skilled Technicians and 50 Inspectors. The combined customer base will benefit by gaining access to industry-leading service offerings. The integration also will solidify several regional markets. On January 1^st, VTT and NWTE employees will be assigned to regional offices within Tanknology and will begin processing work orders through Tanknology’s proprietary software system, TANCS.   

In Q2 2024, PS&C will be integrated into Tanknology and all new technicians and inspectors will be trained so they can offer new services throughout the company and all 50 states.
