HOUSTON, December 4, 2023 – D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc. (“D&H”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners and the leading provider of mission-critical maintenance, testing and inspection services for fueling stations and electric vehicle (“EV”) charging infrastructure, announced that Reid Wilson has been named Chief Human Resources Officer.
Reid Wilson brings nearly 30 years of Human Resources and Operational leadership experience to D&H. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Human Resources with US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), a private equity-backed platform that offers operational, human resources, financial and marketing services to Oral Surgery Practices.
Prior to joining USOSM, Wilson held numerous leadership roles at Briggs Equipment, a material handling dealership. Specifically, he led Human Resources and built a team of strategic and proactive HR professionals. In addition to building the HR Team, Reid led a Safety-First culture and Environmental Team. Prior to Briggs, Wilson spent more than 15 years in operational and human resources leadership roles at JCPenney and Rave Cinemas.
Wilson earned a master’s degree in human resources management from the University of Texas at Arlington, a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from West Virgina University and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Standards Institute.
