2024 Performance Reviews are Due January 26

One of the key elements in building a strong team that is scalable and sustainable is an annual review and feedback cycle that helps employees become their best selves. This is part of our direction to better communicate company goals, set expectations, support career development, and promote fairness and transparency. Daily feedback is important – and annual reviews are the mechanism to formally evaluate performance of our team members.

Each of you have a role to play in our success at D&H United. Meeting performance expectations in every role is critical to deliver better customer satisfaction, more efficient operations, and an improved work environment. By including a self-evaluation element we are asking all team members to contribute to the review process. Your input kicks off the review and will help with each performance appraisal discussion.
