Happy New Year. I hope you were able to spend some time relaxing and enjoying yourself with family and friends this holiday season. My Christmas was full of family and food and handmade presents from my kids (and, who am I kidding, also tons of cooking, cleaning, in-laws entertaining and wrapping presents!). Therefore, I come back to work maybe not completely rested, but definitely 100 percent excited for what this year will bring.

 

I want to thank you all for everything you did for our customers in 2023. Because of your hard work we were able to grow our revenues 6 percent over 2022. We did particularly well in service which grew 25 percent year over year and we have to give a big shout out in particular to the East Region which had a lot of success growing service, especially Light Duty Construction!

 

The Compliance business, which is now made up of Tanknology, PS&C, Northwest Tank and Valley Tank, also had a phenomenal year growing its gross profit 42 percent over 2022! While we missed our profit growth expectations (EBITDA) versus our plan for the year, there’s a lot of fantastic growth and wowing customers to be proud of.  While we missed our plan for profit (EBITDA) in 2023, we delivered a lot of fantastic growth and faithfully served our loyal customers.  We should take pride in these accomplishments.
