Tom Box
Double Check has only one fleet mechanic to manage our collection of almost 200 company vehicles, ranging from pickup trucks to excavators and just about everything in between. Tom Box is that guy. He has worked as a Double Check employee since 1993! 30 years of industry knowledge, relentless work ethic and company loyalty makes Tom a pivotal employee within our company. His long-lasting career all began with a recommendation from the Double Check mechanic at the time, which led to an interview with the CEO, Phil Farrell and the rest as they say, is company history.
One of Tom’s favorite aspects of his job is the diverse, wide-range of tasks that fall onto his plate on a daily basis. Tom loves that he is able to occasionally; travel to the different branches, help deliver essential parts to our customers, and build racks for the top of our fleet trucks.
Tom is from Kansas City, Missouri. He lives with his partner, of almost 20 years, Vickey. On the weekends you may find Tom and Vickie serenading a crowd at their favorite local karaoke spot. But, if the weather is nice, they’re at the lake! Tom and Vickey’s favorite past time is spending time at their lake house on Pomme de Terre Lake. While at the lake Tom enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and driving Vickey and himself around in the boat! Tom has assured me that their lake house will be center stage in the Spring of 2024, when Tom plans to retire!

Zachary S Elliott
Meet Zach Elliott. Zach is a member of the PS&C Team. He has been with PS&C for 15 years, starting as an in-field technician before becoming the technician supervisor and ultimately become the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) for PS&C.
PS&C is truly blessed to have such a great example of a leader in our organization. Zach is known as the “quarterback” of our group. His legacy of taking his high school team to the state championship has taught him the skills he has for managing his fleet managers and designing a chain of command that makes PS&C an awesome place to work. The PS&C family would not be who we are today without him!!
Zach was born and raised in North Carolina and has lived within one hour of the PS&C office for his entire life. He and his wife (Kristin) have been married for 2 years and have a daughter (Hadley) and a son (Decker). He also has an 8-year-old chocolate Lab (Gunner).
When not working, Zach enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports. His other free time is spent in the outdoors and he has had a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing.
