Acquisition adds scale and expertise in growing compliance services business
HOUSTON AND DENVER NC, DECEMBER 5, 2022 – D&H United Fueling Solutions, a leading provider of
petroleum fueling and EV charging system equipment, installation, and service across the United States,
announced today that it has acquired Petroleum Service & Calibration, Inc. (PS&C) of Denver, NC. PS&C
provides compliance testing, inspection, water removal, and site services for over 2,000 locations in the
Southeast, mid-Atlantic and mid-West regions. For over 20 years their specialized testing, inspection,
compliance technology and quality has made PS&C the choice of major retailers throughout the region.
The acquisition of PS&C compliments D&H United’s prior acquisition of Valley Tank Testing, providing
additional scale and coverage to the company’s compliance services division with over 100 compliance
focused employees.
