Lou Valles
Meet Lou Valles. Lou is the Admin Manager in the El Paso Branch. She has been with D&H United for 44 years, starting with the original D&H Pump as the receptionist. Lou has done almost everything in the El Paso office with the exception of sales.
Lou has lived all her life in El Paso. She and her husband have been married 46 years and have four wonderful children, three sons and a daughter. They have nine grandchildren who range in age from 22 years old to 4 years old. She also has two dogs, a puppy and an older dog.
When not working, Lou enjoys reading, hiking, and just being outdoors. Her favorite time of year is spring because the weather is so nice and everything is in bloom. She would love to travel, especially to France, and would like to live in Mexico by the ocean. Her favorite dessert is ice cream, and she said can be persuaded to help you with a task if you bring her ice cream!! Her favorite movies are those with a happy ending!
She says that working for D&H has been a great experience and she enjoys her job very much.
Sheila Hill
Meet Sheila Hill. Sheila works in the Lubbock office and is the NW Regional Office Manager. She has been with D&H United for 45 years, starting with White’s Pump Service as a secretary to one of the owners.
Sheila was born in Lubbock but grew up in Brownfield, Texas. She moved to Lubbock after she graduated from high school and has lived there ever since. She and her husband have been married 42 years and have a son. They have three wonderful grandchildren.
When not working, Sheila enjoys watching Tech basketball and her grandkids sporting activities. Her favorite time of year is summer because she is not a fan of cold weather! She has always thought it would be fun to own a boutique or be a buyer for a department store. Her favorite dessert is blackberry cobbler, and her favorite movie is the Color Purple.
Sheila is a people person, and she really enjoys being a part of the D&H team!
