At Kubat Equipment & Service, we are proud to have joined D & H United in February 2022, sharing goals to grow business in the Rocky Mountain West.

Kubat Equipment & Service was founded in 1949 by Orville Kubat and purchased by Gene and Craig Hoyer in 1994.  The company’s goals to provide high quality products and services to our customers has never changed.  We believe that our #1 asset is our employees and that our employees’ interaction and support of our customers drives our company’s success.  What excited us about this acquisition is that D & H United has the same ideology that employees are the most important asset of any company.  In addition, becoming a part of the D & H family means that the dedicated employees of Kubat Equipment now have opportunities beyond what Kubat could offer on its own.

This great industry that we have all chosen to be part of offers opportunities like no other industry.  Who would guess that a gentleman that started as a service technician in 1962 (Gene) and a young man that started in construction in 1985 (Craig) would have the opportunity to own Kubat Equipment & Service Company and work hard to grow the business to what Kubat is today.  Our company has grown to 83 individuals, three office buildings, over 85 vehicles and equipment, performing work in five states.  This success is due to the employees that have worked for our company over the past years and those that continue to focus on taking care of our customers today.

Kubat Equipment focuses on diversification in different markets, including Retail and Commercial Fueling, Automotive Lift and Lubrication and Vehicle Wash systems.  We feel that diversifying our business offers additional opportunities for employees.  It also offers growth in some markets even when other markets may be struggling.
