Welcome to Kubat and Cochise! Better Not Just Bigger!

Wow! Since our last newsletter two great companies have joined our D&H United family. I am very pleased to welcome Kubat in Colorado and Cochise in AZ to our team. Both are great companies that have been in our industry for many years and are leaders in their respective markets. This is also a great fit as both companies provide turnkey services and importantly have a family oriented culture.

Combined, we are the leader with more resources and service offerings throughout the Southwest and Rocky Mountains. We now have 570 team members and 17 offices from FL to Arizona!

We continue to focus on growing organically and with key strategic acquisitions. All of our acquisitions fit very well and are an important part of our overall picture.

With that said, our goal is not to just get bigger. Bigger does provide us with more scale in purchasing, more coverage for our customers, etc. However, importantly, our goal is for us to always get better and to ultimately be the best in our industry.

On that note, we should all be pleased and honored to have won the “Circle of Excellence Award” from Gilbarco. Congratulations to everyone!

Finally, and most important as we grow, we should not lose our family and people-oriented culture.  We have our local branch families, but we are also part of a bigger family now.  Keep in mind that over 500+ people on our team have your back and are here to support you!
