Employee Spotlight: Living our Company Values
Nichole Murphy – We invest in people, processes and tools to enable our best work.
In our Denver and Grand Junction offices, we are surrounded by exceptional talent, making it incredibly challenging to spotlight just one individual for our company newsletter. However, Nichole Murphy truly stands out as a beacon of dedication and positivity.
Nichole wears many hats in her role, handling everything from invoicing and training new invoicing employees to serving as a backup receptionist. She is also responsible for weekly updates for CBRE and brings a ray of sunshine to everyone she interacts with. Her daily contributions extend to countless small yet significant tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Nichole embodies all of the D&H values, consistently prioritizing the needs of others. She demonstrates exceptional patience and dedication by pausing her work to train new employees on invoicing processes and procedures. Nichole ensures they understand the processes, kindly corrects them when needed, and encourages them to learn from their mistakes until they are ready to operate independently.
Her respectful and positive attitude, coupled with her willingness to jump in wherever needed, sets a high standard for teamwork and collaboration. Nichole makes thoughtful decisions and consistently goes above and beyond in her work, exemplifying a strong work ethic.
Nichole is a tremendous asset to our team, and we deeply appreciate the positive vibe and energy she brings to the office every day. Her dedication to her work and her colleagues makes her a cherished member of our D&H family. We are grateful for her five years of service and look forward to many more years of collaboration and success with Nichole on our team.
