Hurricane Laura had a devastating effect on Louisiana and specifically the city of Lake Charles and surrounding areas. With power out to tens of thousands of people it was essential that convenience stores get back “on-line” to supply the public with much needed fuel. D&H United is proud to be playing a vital role in the recovery efforts by providing key resources and expertise to get sites up and running. On-site supply of vital parts, installation and start-up of mobile generators, and disposal and handling of storm water are just a few examples of how D&H United is supporting customers. And the response has been overwhelming positive from our customers. Here are just a few of their comments:
- “Just wanted to let you know that D&H United team has been wonderful in supporting our generator efforts in LA. These types of projects are always messy but the D&H United team has proven to be a true partner helping us with our initiative. You have my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the help.”
- “Your team came through for us again, this time with the storm response in Lake Charles. Thanks to your team we were able to provide a service to a community in need and get open this weekend -that is a big deal to us. When managing storm response, you need partners you can count on to get it done no matter the ask. Your team stepped up this weekend.”
- “D&H United Team, I just wanted to reach out to you guys and let you know I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication that you guys have shown over the last couple weeks. I know it has been extremely busy and hectic with the issues that the hurricanes caused and the high call volume that this has created but again thank you guys for all the long hours and late nights to help get us back on track. Please pass this along to the technicians, dispatchers, and anyone else that I missed.”
