WASHINGTON – NACS, along with the National Association of Truckstop Operators (NATSO) and the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA), strongly oppose the proposed Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) settlement agreement for the bankrupt Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES). The associations sent a joint letter to the U.S. Department of Justice this week outlining their concerns about the plan.
